Children on the Move CCNP Project in Ghazni Province – 2022 - PAC • Spearheaded the logistics and supply chain operations for delivering students’ hygiene kits as part of the Children on the Move CCNP Project under the NGO Partnership Afghanistan Canada (PAC) in Ghazni province. • Ensured timely delivery to remote and underserved areas, overcoming logistical challenges such as difficult terrain and security risks. • Maintained strict adherence to quality control standards, ensuring all hygiene kits met the NGO’s requirements and supported the project’s objectives of improving health and hygiene awareness among children. • Coordinated with local authorities, schools, and PAC representatives to facilitate smooth distribution and promote community engagement in the project’s success. • Demonstrated exceptional project management, resource allocation, and problem-solving skills, resulting in the successful completion of the initiative ahead of schedule and within budget.
